Description - The poster consists of a fabulous central bright and colourful depiction of the De La Warr Pavilion overlooking a busy seaside scene, and a surround consisting of a montage still-life of seaside activities, including beach ball, bucket and spade, sunglasses, tennis and bowls, and fishing nets, floats and fish.

Grade: B+, un-conserved.
Folds, repairs to small edge tears and some cuts within the image, small paper replacements to a few small insect holes near the edges in the top half with watercolour pencil touch-ups and to a small edge loss at the bottom. More detailed photos are available on request if required.
About The Artist:
Pat/Paddy Nevin was born in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, and attended Art School. He moved to England in 1936, did some film set design work and was soon working with The Motor magazine as their motor racing artist. After war work in the RAF, he moved to Pinner, becoming a freelance commercial artist. In the 1950s he produced a number of posters for British Railways and Cunard.
