- An artist's view of the distinctive Atomium building in Brussels, with a Belgian Intercity train passing in the foreground. The Atomium was originally constructed for Expo 58, the 1958 Brussels World's Fair, and is now a museum. Its nine spheres are connected so that the whole structure forms the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times. This is one of a series of posters that were produced to encourage through train travel to European destinations using British Rail's Inter-City Europe organisation.
