Description - An unsigned artist's night-time view of a ferry at sea. The artwork has been cropped into a huge H, an idea used on a number of Harwich-related posters.The Harwich to Hook service was advertised by at least one poster every year for decades as it was always big business for the railways. We have guessed that this example is 1950s, but it could be early 1960s. The poster was a joint issue with Zeeland S.S. Co.
