Condition Grade and Condition Report:
Grade: B+, un-conserved.
Not folded, edges have been strengthened on the rear with framers' tape at some point (visible by the slight horizontal border marks top and bottom, but would be minimal if framed), some minor creasing and foxing and rusty pinholes. More detailed photos are available on request if required.

More About The Artist:
Walter Ernest Spradbery was born in East Dulwich, London. He was a watercolourist, linocut artist, poster designer and art teacher. He produced a large number of poster for the London Transport companies, as well as some for the LNER and British Railways.
