Description - An impressive at-sea view of the railway steamship TSS 'St David' which had been launched in 1947. It was used on the Fishguard to Rosslare route until 1969.

Arthur George Mills was born in Walthamstow, studied at Leyton Art School, Central School of Arts and Crafts and the Camberwell School of Art. Either side of the war he was an active commercial artist and art teacher. He produced work for travel, industrial and safety posters.
