Description
- A fabulous artistic montage design. Based around a shamrock, there are vignettes of a castle, yachting and the Giant's Causeway. Between the leaves are various items of sporting equipment and other subjects of interest to be found in Northern Ireland.
Below the main image is another smaller shamrock with the red hand of Ulster, while a smiling sun looks down on it all.

More About The Artist:
Daphne Padden was born in London in 1927. She was the daughter of Percy Padden, himself a fine artist and producer of artwork for travel posters of the 1920-30s.
She worked as a freelance poster artist for many British organisations and companies during the 1950s and 60s, and then became a fine artist from the 1970s, joining the Royal Society of Miniature Painters, Sculptors and Engravers, and moving away from the poster advertising world.
